The work
What I’m known for
Knotless that doesn’t pull. Locs I’ll maintain with you for years, not just once. Stitch braids clean enough to still look right in week three.
I braid slow on purpose. A full head of knotless takes me [X] hours and I don’t rush it, because braids installed fast are braids that come out fast — and they take your edges with them.
Who sits in my chair
Women, men and kids. First-timers who’ve never had extensions and aren’t sure what to ask for. People who’ve had a bad install somewhere else and are nervous about sitting down again. Bring me the picture, and I’ll tell you honestly whether your hair will do that yet.
I take my time
Long styles are long. I’d rather you sit an extra hour than have it come out in two weeks.
I don’t braid tight
If it pulls, say so. Tension is how people lose their edges, and it is never worth it.
I’ll tell you straight
If the style you brought won’t work on your hair right now, I’ll say so and offer what will.
